Q1: In your packages, you have either 300, 400, or 500 "ownership of digital files". Does that mean we only get that number of images?
A1: For the number of images on my packages, those are roughly the number of images that you will receive, I say roughly because I usually give my clients more images than what is stated on the packages but more or less that is the amount.
Q2: Do your prices include just one photographer or two?
A2: We have different options.
Q3: Do you have an option for a second photographer to be present the day of my wedding?
A3: Yes, there are options of adding an extra photographer. Please refer to question 2 for more details.
Q4: Do you charge travel fees?
A4: Only after the driving trip is 3 hours of distance away from Napa CA,
$300 of travel expenses for roughly 200 miles (3 hours one-way).
Q5: Do you do destination weddings? And how much do you charge for traveling fees?
A5: Yes, I do destination weddings and I book my own travel and then send the receipt. (flight, accommodations for two nights, a few of the meals, and transportation. I arrive the day before the wedding (as early as possible in case of any flight issues) and then stay the night of the wedding.
Q6: How long in advance do I need to book the wedding photographer?
A6: Louis Romo Photography clients typically book 6-8 months in advance of their event. We are often fully booked, so we encourage you to reserve your session as soon as possible.
Q7: Do I need to pay the whole amount of the package all at once?
A7: No, you don't have to, you will pay 30% of the value of the package you chose to reserve the date. We also have monthly installments for those who qualify. Find out more here!
Q8: When do I pay the rest of the money for my wedding photography?
A8: You can pay the rest of the money whenever you'd like or a week before the day of your wedding.
